I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and immaculate, with a stunning lake view that truly made the experience special. The staff went above and beyond, like sending tea to my room for my son's cough. However, I did notice some areas that needed improvement; some amenities felt outdated, and one of the restaurants had a few disappointing meals. Overall, it was a great stay with a few minor hiccups.
